Our first gown fitting has always been complimentary, and we will continue this privilege until 31st March 2026.
However, from 1 April 2026, we will be introducing a gown fitting fee.
This is because:
Last-Minute Cancellations – Each fitting requires us to dedicate a staff member and reserve an exclusive timeslot for you. When cancellations happen without notice, the slot cannot be filled, and valuable time and resources are lost.
Casual Try-Ons – We have noticed that many fittings were booked casually, with some customers treating it as a trial for fun rather than a serious selection process. This not only takes away time from genuine brides but also affects the overall experience we want to provide.
Wear and Tear of Gowns – Every fitting involves handling delicate wedding gowns. Frequent try-ons without genuine intent lead to unnecessary wear and tear, which shortens the lifespan of these carefully crafted pieces.
By introducing a fitting fee, we ensure that the service is reserved for brides who are sincerely exploring their dream gown. More importantly, the fee allows us to:

The fitting fee will be offset against your selected package once you proceed to sign up a package with us.
