From 1 April 2026, we will be introducing a gown fitting fee.
Over time, we have observed an increase in last minute cancellations, casual try ons, and unnecessary wear and tear of our gowns. Each appointment requires a dedicated timeslot, careful preparation, and a consultant focused entirely on you. When appointments are not taken seriously, it affects the experience we want to provide to genuine brides.
By introducing a fitting fee, we ensure that every session is intentional and reserved for brides who are sincerely exploring their dream gown. This allows us to provide a more personalised consultation, maintain the quality of our gowns, and create a more meaningful fitting experience.
The fitting fee will be collected at the end of your appointment and will be offset against your selected package upon confirmation.
For the month of April, your fitting will also come with a personalised touch. Brides who have paid the fitting fee for a 1.5 hour or 2 hour appointment will receive a complimentary wedding veil embroidered with your initials.
At the end of your appointment, you will be given a form to indicate the initials for embroidery. Your veil will be ready approximately 1.5 months after your appointment and will be available for self collection at our boutique.
